The Standard King Room was noisy, but the spa experience was fantastic!

Everything was perfect, the parking was on site, the room was spotless. I had a very clean bed, and a private safe, an ironing set and coffee/tea makers. The staff were attentive and the facilities provided were great!

The hotel staff was poorly trained.

It's 10 mins walk to the centre.

A nice stay with charm

The resort's setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature. The breakfast options were delicious and well-prepared, highlighting local ingredients.

The heating system was intense, so staying cool was a challenge when needed.

The spacious Standard King Room offered a pleasant stay, with a nice view and a clean bathroom. Breakfast service ran smoothly with a varied buffet, though it could benefit from more vegetarian options. The staff seemed overwhelmed at times, especially during check-in. The noise level was disruptive. Management's response to complaints felt inadequate. It's a decent choice with room for enhancements in terms of noise insulation and staff efficiency.

We loved hanging out at the leisure centre with activities for everyone. Our family of 20 enjoyed the nearby parks and a day at Boat of Garten Golf Club.

In my wife's opinion, the kids wished for better accessibility with buggies.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the high street for easy access to shops and restaurants. The children's facilities looked engaging and well-thought-out. Our Standard King Room was comfortable and clean.

We found that the bar prices were excessively high, which limited our enjoyment of the on-site facilities.

Had a lovely time unwinding in the sauna and steam room after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was a real treat, filled with fresh and tasty options that set us up for the day. Just a small hiccup with some noise from the hall, but overall, it didn’t take away from our stay. 😊

great staff but noisy room

The staff at the resort were really good! Always great, they enhanced our experience. The leisure facilities were great, providing plenty of options for relaxation and fun. The breakfast offered a good array of fresh options, made mornings a highlight. The activity area for children was engaging and thoughtful, perfect for family-friendly enjoyment.

Our Beautiful King Room was quite noisy, especially with disturbances from the hallway.

The place was recently refurbished. Our double room was huge with a nice view of pine forests, just like advertised. I really enjoyed the family restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located in a central area near the Convention Centre and the Aspects restaurant. the food was delicious, and the drinks were fizzy. - Everything exceeded my expectations; I would definitely come back.
